Bane-Welker Equipment operated with multiple systems and product lines that were not seamlessly connected. Data silos and manual processes slowed down sales, service, and customer interactions. SOLUTION

By deploying the PIM and CRM and integrating them with the ERP and eCommerce into a connected ecosystem, Bane-Welker now operates on a unified digital sales platform. Product data, inventory, pricing, and customer information are centralized and available in real time across the organization. Sales teams gain instant access to accurate information, while customers benefit from a faster and more transparent ordering experience. Infrastructure Integration
We designed a scalable integration architecture to connect Bane-Welker’s legacy ERP system with modern commerce and business applications. Using a message-based integration platform, we enabled reliable communication between systems without requiring a costly ERP replacement. This infrastructure became the foundation for a connected digital ecosystem.
Product Information Management (Pimcore)
To eliminate fragmented product data, we implemented a centralized Product Information Management system. Product, supplier, and inventory data from multiple internal and external sources were consolidated into one structured repository. This ensures consistent, accurate product information across all systems and sales channels.

Inventory & Data Automation
We automated key inventory and data processes to ensure real-time availability across all locations. Mobile barcode technology and automated data synchronization now provide accurate inventory visibility while improving logistics planning and order communication with customers.
CRM Implementation (Salesforce)
Salesforce CRM was implemented to centralize customer data and sales workflows. The system provides a unified view of accounts, contacts, and contracts while enabling the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities more effectively. It also increases transparency and accountability across the organization.
 
Mobile Sales & Service App
We developed a custom iPhone app to provide executives, sales teams, service staff, and warehouse employees with real-time access to inventory and operational workflows. The mobile solution improves collaboration across departments and enables sales teams to close deals faster while working directly with customers in the field.
